Shipping policy

All items ship for free to a home address or physical business address in the United States.  We do not ship to P.O. box addresses or international. 

Most items on our site are in-stock and ready to ship.  Some items including ring sizing are made to order and take 7-10 business days to fulfill.  Upon receipt of order, we will process and ship in-stock items within 2-3 days. 

We use USPS Priority Mail & UPS for shipping carriers.

All Custom Orders are crafted to meet your stated specifications and as such as all sales final, ineligible for return or refund.  Most custom orders are completed within a 2-3 week time-frame.
