Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days, for a refund or exchange.

Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be deemed acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Henry D will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@henrydjewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to our office without a RA number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom orders or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
