30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied and need to return merchandise, we will exchange or issue store credit provided you follow these procedures:

All Returns must be received by Henry D within 30 days of invoice date.  Items with manufacturing defects may be returned for exchange at any time.

Please email or call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return shipping address.  We will email you the information to include with your return.

Please return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging, including envelopes, bags and gift boxes.  Merchandise returned without this form may be charged a service fee of $10.00, or we may return the merchandise to you at your expense.  Please make sure you package the merchandise securely and always insure it for the full paid value via USPS registered mail or UPS.

Items special ordered, altered, cut or manufactured to your specifications cannot be accepted for credit or exchange.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

A 15% restocking fee may also be charged for all returns from customers who consistently abuse the return privilege.  Refused, undeliverable or unclaimed packages with be charged a 10% handling fee, plus postage.  Henry D cannot be held responsible for returned merchandise if these procedures are not followed.

If you have submitted an order, please contact a sales associate to determine whether your order can be changed or canceled.  Items special ordered, altered, cut or manufactured to your specifications, including loose diamond orders, cannot be canceled or accepted for credit or exchange.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • The item(s) are not available.
  • Your payment information could not be verified.
  • The shipping address could not be verified.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via email, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
